Louis XIII Varnish and Lacquer Popote is the essential product for renovating varnished furniture and objects, whether they feature French polish, modern varnishes, or lacquered surfaces. Its traditional formula deep-cleans, removes stains, surface scratches, and grime, while restoring the original luster and shine of the varnish. It also works on the metal parts of furniture (handles, locks, hinges), as well as on marquetry containing copper, tortoiseshell, horn, or ivory elements. Versatile, it can even be used to renovate PVC or car bodies. This product replaces the former Louis XIII Renovating Popote and Venetian Popote.

This high-performance renovator is designed to instantly revive the shine of varnished and lacquered surfaces. Its versatile formula cleans, polishes, and removes micro-scratches for an impeccable finish.

  1. Shake: Mix vigorously (until the white sediment has completely disappeared).
  2. Apply: Use a Louis XIII cotton wick. Work in small circles on small areas.
  3. Repeat: Repeat the process if the surface is very dull.
  4. Dry: Let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Buff: Polish with a cotton wick for a mirror-like shine.
