Oil Sealer

AVEL Protective Water and Oil Repellent Pore Filler is a high-performance treatment designed to protect all types of porous surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. It acts as a genuine shield against water, oils, and stains, thanks to its acrylic polymer film that penetrates deep into the material while leaving a slightly satin finish. Available in three formulas adapted to the porosity of the substrate (Yellow, Green, Red), it is perfectly suited for natural stone, terracotta, concrete, cement tiles, marble, roof tiles, etc. Easy to apply, it offers long-lasting protection of 5 to 10 years, ideal before applying a finish such as Foriver for a waxed, patinated effect.

Preparation:
Clean and degrease the floor with Carrelax and/or Cimentax. Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and at a neutral pH.

Application:
Apply the Pore Filler using a Rotary Fringe Mop or a sponge for small surfaces.

Respect the number of coats according to the porosity of the substrate:
Yellow: ≈ 25 m²/liter/coat
Green: ≈ 15 to 20 m²/liter/coat
Red: ≈ 10 to 15 m²/liter/coat

Finishing:
Allow to dry completely. For a patinated-waxed finish, subsequently apply Foriver.
