Vitrifying Emulsion for Parquet & Stairs

AVEL Parquet Vitrifying Emulsion is a modern treatment based on wax emulsions and water-based acrylic resin, specially designed to maintain, protect, and enhance parquet floors, stairs, and laminates, whether they are unfinished, vitrified, waxed, or painted. Easy to apply, it offers a finish without a visible film, with a level of shine that can be adjusted based on the number of coats. Its innovative formula provides effective protection against aggressive stains (oil, wine, alcohol, soapy water, hydrogen peroxide, or bleach) while ensuring an anti-slip effect. With up to 10 months of protection, it simplifies daily maintenance while extending the beauty of your traditional floors.

Gloss protection: Its formula restores, protects, and provides an intense, long-lasting shine without buffing. A light application will produce a satin finish. It preserves the intensity of the shine with exceptional resistance to stains: oil, tomato sauce, wine, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, soapy or bleached water... Highly resistant, it offers up to 10 months of shine and protection depending on the traffic in the treated room.

Renovation: the wax-yellow color of this emulsion restores the hue of varnishes and helps to mask surface defects: scratches, impact marks, wear caused by frequent foot traffic... Unlike existing products on the market, 10 applications are possible without the need for stripping.

Strip the floor with AVEL All-Emulsion Stripper before the first application and after 10 coats.

Application:

Apply the Emulsion pure using a sponge mop, a floor cloth, or a soft rag.

Can be diluted with a little water to facilitate application depending on the type of floor.

Adjust the number of coats according to the desired level of shine.

Coverage:

Unfinished: 1 L for 30 m²

Waxed: 1 L for 36 m²

Varnished / Painted: 1 L for 40 m²

Quick drying: 20 minutes between coats (40 minutes for the second coat).

Finish:

Optimal resistance after 24 hours.
