AVEL Tile Vitrifying Emulsion is a modern, solvent-free solution based on wax emulsions and acrylic resin, designed to protect and enhance indoor tiled floors. Its formula provides long-lasting protection for up to 10 months (with 2 coats) while remaining slip-resistant. Compatible with various application tools (sponge mop, cloth, or sponge), it dries quickly and leaves no surface film. Ideal for extending the life of your floors while simplifying their maintenance.

The glazing emulsion provides an intense shine without scrubbing, lasting up to 10 months. It resists the most aggressive stains such as: vinaigrette, oil, tomato sauce, wine, alcohol, water (soapy or bleached), etc.

Preparation:

Strip the floor with AVEL All-Emulsion Stripper before the first application.

On porous floors, apply Louis XIII Anti-Stain Impregnator to limit consumption and optimize protection.

Application:

Apply the Emulsion pure using a flat sponge mop, a sponge, or a cloth, depending on the desired finish.

Can be slightly diluted with water to facilitate application.

1 coat: wet-waxed look.

2 coats: glossy effect and protection for up to 10 months.

Allow 20 minutes to dry between coats (40 minutes for the second coat).

Finishing:

Optimal resistance after 24 hours.

Repeat the stripping process after 10 coats have been applied.

Routine maintenance:

Clean with AVEL Metallic Wax Shampoo for Tiles to extend the protective effect and enhance the shine.

Floor preparation:

No. 1 / If your tiles have just been laid, remove any traces of cement or limescale using AVEL LOUIS XIII POST-CONSTRUCTION CLEANER (except on marble and acid-sensitive tiles). No. 2) Dust, and deep-clean if necessary using

LOUIS XIII Deep Cleaner. Rinse well, let dry. No. 3) On floors already treated with standard emulsions: metallic, ionic, or bionic, different from AVEL Vitrifying Emulsion, it is preferable to strip them using the AVEL All-Emulsion Stripper.

Rinse well. Let dry. Proceed with application.
