Black Ironwork Cream

Louis XIII Wrought Iron Cream Paint is specifically designed to decorate and protect metal objects such as andirons, fireplace backs, pot racks, grilles, fireplace tools, and other wrought iron elements. Its cream texture allows for easy, precise, and drip-free application, providing an aesthetic finish and effective protection against wear and oxidation. It offers an elegant and traditional finish, ideal for maintaining and beautifying metal pieces exposed to heat or used in interior decoration.

The BLACK IRONWORK CREAM, based on graphite, is heat-resistant and gives a deep black finish to ferrous metals, steel, and cast iron (fireplace plates, fire dogs, decorative tools, and antique rustic objects...). It is particularly suitable for the maintenance and restoration of even heavily oxidized items. Presentation: Black colored cream.

Apply the Wrought Iron Cream Paint to a clean, dry surface.

Use a brush for large areas or a Louis XIII cotton wick for details and hard-to-reach areas.

Allow to dry completely before use or handling.

To enhance protection, a light buffing can be performed after drying.

Resists moderate heat (decorative use)

Surface preparation: If the surface is oxidized, we recommend using LOUIS XIII FERROUS METAL DEOXIDIZER, specially designed to clean and remove rust from ferrous metals.

Attention: Do not use on a hot surface.
